Automatically detect BPM, key, mood, and genre

BeatOps can analyze your audio files to automatically detect musical properties. This saves you from manually entering BPM, key, mood, and genre for every beat.

Detection Features

  • BPM Detection - Determines the tempo of your beat in beats per minute
  • Key Detection - Identifies the musical key (e.g., C minor, F# Major)
  • Mood Detection - Classifies the emotional feel of your beat (e.g., dark, chill, energetic)
  • Genre Detection - Identifies the genre or style (e.g., trap, drill, R&B)

How to Use

  1. Single beat
    Open a beat's detail view and click the Detect button next to each field (BPM, Key, Mood, Genre) to analyze individually.
  2. Batch analysis
    Use Quick Actions to run audio analysis on multiple beats at once. Select your beats and choose the analysis action.
  3. Auto-apply
    Results with 70%+ confidence are automatically applied to your beat's metadata. Lower confidence results are shown for manual review.

Note: Analysis runs locally on your computer - no external API or internet connection needed.
