Search
Use the search bar at the top of the library to quickly find beats by title or artist name. Results update as you type.
Filter by Status
Filter your beats based on their current status:
- All - Show every beat in your library
- Ready - Beats that are fully set up and ready to upload
- Uploaded - Beats that have been published to at least one platform
- Incomplete - Beats that are missing required files or metadata
Library vs Uploaded Tabs
Switch between two views:
- Library - All beats in your configured beats folder
- Uploaded - Only beats that have been published, with direct links to each platform
Sort
Sort your beats by different criteria to find what you need:
- Date Added - When the beat was first detected by BeatOps
- Title - Alphabetical order
- Status - Grouped by upload status
Duplicate Detection
BeatOps automatically identifies duplicate and similar beats in your library:
- Dup badge - Exact duplicates detected by matching file hashes. These are identical audio files in different folders.
- Sim badge - Similar beats detected by comparing titles and artist names. These may be different versions of the same beat.
Tip: Use the duplicate filter to quickly review and clean up duplicate beats in your library.
