Workflow Overview

The 4 Stages

Every beat in BeatOps follows a clear path from import to published. Here's what happens at each stage:

1. Setup
   Beat is imported and metadata is automatically extracted from your filenames. Fill in any missing fields like reference artists, BPM, or key. You can also detect BPM, key, mood, and genre automatically.
2. Generate
   Metadata is complete. Now generate the content: thumbnails, videos, and stems ZIP. Click "Generate Images" to search for artist photos and create your thumbnails.
3. Ready
   All content is generated. The beat is ready to be uploaded to YouTube, BeatStars, and SoundCloud. Review everything and hit upload when you're satisfied.
4. Live
   Published! Your beat is now live on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, BeatStars, and/or SoundCloud. The upload URLs are saved for easy access.

Use Quick Actions on the Dashboard to process multiple beats at once - complete metadata, detect BPM/key, or generate images in bulk.
