Use these variables in any title, description, tag or image search template. When BeatOps fills in a template, each variable becomes the value from the beat.

Write a variable as its name between double curly braces: {{ title }}. A variable with no value becomes empty, and the extra space it leaves behind is removed. Templates have no conditions or other logic.

Beat Info

  • {{ title }}: beat title
  • {{ bpm }}: tempo in BPM
  • {{ key }}: musical key
  • {{ artist1 }}: first reference artist
  • {{ artist2 }}: second reference artist
  • {{ genre1 }}, {{ genre2 }}: genres
  • {{ mood1 }}, {{ mood2 }}, {{ mood3 }}: moods
  • {{ folder_name }}: the name of the beat folder

Sample Credits

  • {{ sample_artist }}: artist of the sampled track
  • {{ sample_title }}: title of the sampled track

These come from your filename or from the beat page. See Sample info.

Tags

  • {{ tags }}: your filled-in YouTube SEO tags. {{ seo_tags }} is the same.
  • {{ genre_tags }}: all genres, separated by commas
  • {{ mood_tags }}: all moods, separated by commas
  • {{ tag1 }}, {{ tag2 }}, {{ tag3 }}: the beat's BeatStars tags

You and Your Store

  • {{ producer }}: your producer name, from Settings
  • {{ store_url }}: your store link, from Settings
  • {{ buy_link }}: the BeatStars link of this beat. Until the beat has one, this is your store link.

Hashtags

Put a # right before a variable to make a hashtag. BeatOps removes spaces and punctuation from the value, so #{{ artist1 }} becomes #MobbDeep for Mobb Deep.

Example Usage

A YouTube title template like:

{{ artist1 }} x {{ artist2 }} Type Beat - "{{ title }}" | {{ mood1 }} {{ genre1 }} Beat

produces something like:

Future x Metro Boomin Type Beat - "Midnight" | Dark Trap Beat

And a description line with a buy link and sample credit:

Buy this beat: {{ buy_link }}
Sample: {{ sample_artist }} - {{ sample_title }}
